Milling, turning, measuring – under one roof

Contract manufacturing to customer drawings with tolerances down to ±0.002 mm. From blank through machining to the measured precision part, your component stays in one building in Stuttgart-Feuerbach.

Process 01

5-axis simultaneous CNC milling

Five axes move at the same time – the tool reaches the workpiece from almost any direction.

Free-form surfaces, undercuts, angled bores and complex contours are produced in a single clamping. Every re-clamping that is avoided means one less change of datum – and one less source of error between two machining steps.

Turning of precision parts

Shafts, bushings, pins and flanges – anything that runs round has to be round.

Turning produces rotationally symmetrical precision parts with tight diameter and runout tolerances. Whether a single prototype or a series: a part that still needs milling goes straight to the next operation in our shop – without a detour via a second supplier.

3D metrology and quality assurance

A dimension only counts once it has been measured.

Every dimension that matters on your drawing is inspected in three dimensions. Because the measuring room and production share one building, results flow straight back to the machine – deviations are corrected before a part leaves the plant. Our quality management is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001 and EN 9100.

Materials

Four materials, four hatchings – and the right machining strategy for each.

  • Titanium

Light, strong and corrosion-resistant – in demand in aerospace and medical technology.

  • Stainless steel

Rust-free and versatile, for functional parts and medical applications alike.

  • Aluminium

Light and easy to machine, for housings, brackets and structural parts.

  • Inconel

Heat-resistant nickel-based alloy, demanding to machine.

From one-off to 5,000 pieces

Prototype and series run on the same machines, with the same metrology and the same quality management.

  • 1–5,000pcs

Batch sizes from a single prototype to series production.

  • ±0.002mm

Tolerances – on the first part of a batch as on the last.
