Sheet 03 · Industries
Three industries, one standard of precision
Our customers design parts that fly, work in medical settings or keep machines running for years. What they have in common: tolerances that are not negotiable.
Industry 01
Aerospace
Manufactured to EN 9100, in titanium, aluminium and Inconel.
EN 9100 is the quality standard of the aerospace industry – and our quality management is certified to it. For designers and buyers, that means traceable processes from the drawing to the measured part.
We mill light, strong materials such as titanium and aluminium on 5-axis simultaneous machines, including complex structural parts in a single clamping. Inconel, the heat-resistant nickel-based alloy, is part of our material range as well.

Industry 02
Medical technology
Precision parts in titanium and stainless steel, with 3D measurement.
In medical technology, a few thousandths of a millimetre decide whether parts fit together and work reliably. We manufacture milled and turned precision parts in titanium and stainless steel with tolerances down to ±0.002 mm.
Every relevant dimension is inspected in three dimensions – in our own measuring room, right next to production. Whether small batches for development or ongoing series production: measurement and documentation stay the same.

Industry 03
Mechanical engineering
Functional and spare parts, from a one-off to series production.
A spare part that gets a line running again, or a functional part that goes into an assembly in series: for mechanical engineering we manufacture batch sizes from 1 to 5,000 pieces to your drawing.
Shafts, bushings and flanges are made on the lathe, housings and brackets by 5-axis milling – in stainless steel, aluminium and the other materials in our range.
