A firm that keeps its counsel
Halden & Reeve was founded in 1962 and has remained a partnership of a size where the people who give advice are the people who answer the telephone. Fourteen partners lead their own matters, and clients know whom they are dealing with.
Our work is commercial law in five areas: corporate transactions, disputes, employment, real estate, and data and technology. Most questions a business brings to us touch more than one of them, and because the firm sits under one roof on Chancery Lane, they are answered together rather than passed along.
We prefer plain advice to long memoranda, and a considered view to a quick one. Where a matter can be settled quietly, we will say so.
Our people
Six of our partners introduce their practice and the kind of work they lead. Each can be reached directly through the firm.
Careers
We are glad to hear from lawyers, and from those beginning in the law, who would value working closely with partners in a firm of our size.
Insights
