Frequently asked
Grouped as you would plan: the event, your agenda, your ticket, your conduct.
When is North Star Summit 2027?
Friday 14 and Saturday 15 May 2027: two full conference days.
Where does it take place?
At the Centro de Congressos de Lisboa in Lisbon, Portugal. Travel tips are on Venue & travel.
Who is it for?
Product and design leaders. 1,200 of them attend, alongside 36 speakers.
What are the three tracks?
Strategy, for deciding what gets built. Craft, for making it good. AI in Practice, for teams already shipping with models. The three run side by side in every session slot.
Can I switch tracks during the day?
Yes. Every ticket opens all three rooms on the days it covers, so you can change rooms at any break.
How does the agenda builder work?
On the programme page, tap the star on any session. Your picks gather under “My agenda”, in time order. If two starred sessions overlap, both are marked “Clash” and named, so you can choose one.
Where is my agenda saved?
In your browser's local storage, on the device you used. There is no account and nothing is sent to us. A different browser or device starts empty, so star on the one you will carry, or print.
Can I print my schedule?
Yes. Press “Print my schedule” under My agenda. Both days print on one page with time, track, session and speaker, and any clash is marked.
What tickets are there?
Three tiers: a Day pass, the two-day Summit pass and a Team pass for colleagues booking together. They are compared line by line on Tickets.
When does the early-bird rate end?
The deadline is published on the tickets page, next to the tiers, when ticket sales open. To hear it first, write to the team.
Is there a code of conduct?
Yes. Everyone at the summit, on stage and off, agrees to our code of conduct. It also explains how to report a concern and what happens next.
I have access needs. Who do I tell?
Write to the team and choose “Accessibility”, ideally before you travel, so we can plan with you.
