Is the estimator figure the contract price?
No. The estimator figure is approximate and is calculated from four inputs: area, type of work, material level and number of floors. The contract price is calculated from a site visit and the drawings, and current material prices are calculated when the contract is signed and written into the contract itself.
The estimator tells you what scale of budget you are looking at and how the cost is split between the stages. Open the estimator.
What does the ten-year guarantee cover?
The structure — the part built in the "Excavation and structure" stage, the part the building stands on. The guarantee applies to buildings that Sakhtyar builds; it is in writing and is handed over with the keys.
Ask us for the text of the guarantee and read it before you sign the contract.
Do you take on project management on its own?
Yes. Project management is one of Sakhtyar's four services, for owners and investors who have their own contractor. We control the programme, cost and quality of the work on your behalf and give you regular reports in writing.

Is renovation possible without demolishing the structure?
Yes — and that is exactly what complete renovation means at Sakhtyar: the structure stays, and the services, floors and walls, kitchen and bathrooms are renewed.
Before the estimate, we check the condition of the existing structure on a site visit. If we find an issue, we tell you clearly and in writing — before we give you any figure.
