Sakhtyar: since 1391, 42 projects delivered
Sakhtyar is a construction and renovation company in Isfahan. We build villas and apartment buildings, completely renovate old buildings, design and build facades, and manage projects for owners and investors.
Our work rests on one rule: the figures before the work. The cost broken down by stage, the programme and current material prices are on paper before signing, and what we have promised is written into the contract. That is what we have delivered 42 times, from 1391 to today.

Like the box in the corner of every drawing: four lines that introduce Sakhtyar.

Certificates and guarantee
Two documents you can see before the contract — not a verbal promise.
-
Contractor qualification certificate
Sakhtyar works under a contractor qualification certificate. Ask us for a copy before you sign the contract; a contractor who won't show their certificate has a reason.
-
Ten-year structural guarantee
For the structure of the buildings we build, we issue a ten-year guarantee — in writing, handed over with the keys. The structure is the part you can no longer see after handover, which is exactly why we put its guarantee in writing.

An empty plot, an old building or a project that needs a manager — whichever it is, the site visit comes first and the figures after.
